Momma & Dadda Fitness in the Park

Calling all Momma’s and Dadda’s!
Join Tricia in an outdoor, strollers welcome, parent and baby fitness class.

Wednesdays @ 10:30am Starting October 6th
4 weeks for $85
Includes FREE coffee/tea to take home

 

Babies are welcome in strollers, carriers, or in your arms in this interactive and empowering post partum workout.

This class will focus on postnatal rehab including but not limited to diastasis recti and pelvic floor dysfunction. Together we will create muscular balance to relieve common aches and pains, improve posture, build strength and endurance to keep up with baby.

 

Tricia Tomiczek is a post natal exercise specialist and a mother of two busy boys. She’s got the baby friendly workout scene down to a science. Throughout the workout you can expect to break for feeding, changing diapers, or changing carrying positions. No matter what the day brings Tricia guarantees a great workout, endorphin boost, social connection, and to leave with a smile on your face…..oh and a coffee in hand!

Bring a mat, stroller (not required) and a water bottle.

Babies are unpredictable! Need to miss a class? Don't worry. We will put a class credit in your account to be used for any class at Loft.

Classes held in the Logan Greenfield. If it rains, we will move inside the studio.

Enjoy a breath of fresh air, move together and then enjoy a complimentary coffee or tea for the trip home. Wednesdays just became the best day.
